Beautiful, Authentic Med Spa Website Design & Development

Ivoire is a full brand and website build for a medical spa studio in Vancouver, taken from an empty page to a working consultation funnel. Everything from the logo wordmark, the page layouts, and the treatment pages were designed in Figma and built in Framer.

The studio's brand is built on restraint: treat the face as a whole, adjust in small steps, never recommend more than the client actually needs. So the site had to feel like that promise before anyone read it. A dark, close-cropped editorial portrait opens the page, the serif wordmark and a cream and charcoal palette keep it quiet, and every treatment block lists time, how long results last and downtime right next to the description. Nothing on the page shouts. The one thing allowed to stand out is the button.

Conversion is built around a single goal: the consultation request. Book a consultation appears in the header, after the hero, mid page and again at the footer, and the form asks which treatment the visitor is curious about so the studio already knows before the first call. For the visitors who aren't sure yet, a "start with what bothers you" selector takes a concern like fine lines or dull skin and points to the gentlest option instead of the most expensive one. Eight treatment pages, one about page and one form, all funneling to the same place.

Ivoire is a self-initiated concept project rather than client work, and it's in the portfolio because it's the clearest look at how I think: the brand, the positioning and the interface all make the same argument, and the design is built to turn that argument into booked appointments.
